Career TEAM - the letter "E" is so prominent I'm running with it. Of course, it's the EMPLOYEES that make Career TEAM what it is. Happy, productive employees. But employees may not be the right word for us. We've changed the participant title to VIP, it's caught on and it works nicely. Perhaps employees need to be called TEAM mates - we are all contributing to the TEAM, need to carry your weight on the TEAM, all that great TEAM talk. I'm seeing Career TEAM jerseys, huddles, TEAM cheer. What makes a great TEAM? Great coaches, of course! Beautiful stadiums (offices), TEAM colors. It makes us sound active, healthy, united. "E" also stands for ENERGY or ENTHUSIASM - something that I believe is unique to Career TEAM. We're allowed, wait, encouraged, the show our enthusiasm for what we do and as the blog states, it is contagious. "E" is for EXPERTISE - we are experts in our field and we have the results to prove it. So, we are enthusiastic experts, members of Career TEAM! You don't have just a company behind you, you have a TEAM behind you - I think people may relate better to that concept, more people are familiar w/teams than with companies - it's easier to get excited about a TEAM than a company. Let your name speak for itself - Career TEAM!
