MISSION 7: DELIVERING HAPPINESS BUS
Zappos has been brilliant in branding themselves. They did not brand themselves on the obvious, SHOES, but rather on customer service, culture and the ability to deliver happiness.
How can we brand ourselves LIKE NO OTHER IN THE INDUSTRY?
What is at the essence of Career TEAM that NO OTHER competitor is saying about their company? What is it that we can take and run with, branding a message so when someone thinks CareerTEAM they immediately think of this message? BE SPECIFIC of the message you would brand. Don't forget, if someone else out there in our industry has the same message, it will not be extraordinary, but rather ordinary.
