First of all, I'd spell culture with a 'K' - sorry, joking, too many christmas cookies this morning. A year ago, Career TEAM didn't really have a culture, not one I knew of. But so much has changed in a year. Sue and Danielle are building the culture and doing it so well. I've been thinking about this all morning, and honestly, I can't think of anything I would do differently. PERKS has created a culture of enthusiasm, generosity, praise, unity. They've done it quickly and completely. I think employees now feel free to express themselves, share some personal and professional trials and successes, and now know that they are involved in something huge, something bigger than the four walls we occupy each day. It's not just a job any longer, it's an adventure. It's not just a client, it's a VIP. It's not just a newsletter, it's a blog. Wonderful changes, PERKS is building the culture and I wouldn't change a thing.
