Tony has worked very diligently in developing and maintaining a specific type of company culture at Zappos due in part to the type of culture that was created at LinkExchange which was the reason for his departure. If you were to head up Culture Building at Career TEAM, what type of culture would you build and secondly, what SPECIFIC steps would you take in building this type of company culture?
