Hello Fellow Book Clubbers,

I read the book but in this case, I like the movie better! Amazed at how laid back Tony is - NOTHING like our President at CTL!! What I appreciate about Zappos is the training - so important to employee confidence, such an awful situation to face a customer stammering because you don't know the answer or don't have the needed knowledge to help out. Love the lively, energetic feel in their office, gets you moving, makes you excited to be there. We're unique in the Hartford area, not really 'allowed' to be ourselves, supposed to blend in w/our partner agencies. It's always been a challenge to be a 'Careerteamer'.... until Sue K. came (back)on the scene! I knew I had coworkers in Delaware, DC, Boston but I knew nothing about them. Now we're united, we're family, we're connected. That makes a difference in our everyday tasks. Even though there's only a few CTLer's in the building, we now know there's a crowd behind us, there's a company, a kulture, and probably a challenge in the mail. Partner employees are saying 'we don't get to do that, how cool'. Am I answering the question? I forgot the question! Cluckcluckcluck, enough from Mother Henn
