CCCS!

Company Culture and Customer Service! AKA CCCS! Zappos.com has taken this idea and combined them into what I believe is a lifestyle. Their CCCS does not end when they walk out of the office but it continues on into their daily lives. This is what makes them successful and enduring. If we were to learn anything from them it would be "practice makes perfect" the more you do something the better you become at it. So if CareerTeam wants to be successful and enduring I think that we must practice what we preach, not just at work but in our daily lives as well!
