What Makes a Zappos Employee a Good Fit? - Tony Hsieh (Zappos CEO)

Mission 5:
Tony in the video below speaks about what makes for a good Zapponian (yes, that's what they call themselves!) If you were to set up culture fit ground rules for who makes the TEAM and who gets cut, what 3 SPECIFIC qualities would place a candidate into the hire category vs. what 3 would place a candidate in the "this team is not a good fit" category? How would you determine if the candidate had these qualities (positive/negative) during the interview process?

Additionally, would you have the ability to dismiss a candidate who had ALL the right skills but were missing one of our newfound core values if we needed them as of yesterday and the gaping void of not filling this position was putting our contract in jeopardy?
