Mission 6

If I had the chance to bring in three new things to CareerTeam. We would go into the community and get feed back on how they would make changes to their community, being jobs, housing, etc. This would help put CareerTeam on the map and get feed back from different community leaders and members. Second, I would do a wall of Success, This wall would track the status of our VIP's from start to finish. This would give other VIP's the push and strength to go out and want to work. Third, I would have a company wide Retreat and just have fun but team building and strength building.
